Enabling your email address for Google Services without a gmail.com address

So you need to use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Google Business and more, but you don't have a Google account. Perhaps your email is with another provider, and managing a gmail.com account on top of all the other passwords you have is a pain! 

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to enable your non-Google work account into a Google account. Now you can! Watch the video below to make it happen.
