Managing tasks and requests in the project management tool

Now that your Wordpress site is under our care you will need to request and manage work with us.

We use Asana for collaboration, it's a simple project management tool and when we initiate your Care Plan - you will get an invite to that by email.

If you have not used Asana before you should read our handy guide to efficient project management with Asana.

In the Asana project you will see tasks that we are working on, and we will assign tasks to you requesting content and information. Your attention to providing answers to those questions in a reasonable time is appreciated to help us get your tasks completed efficiently! 

When you see the invite from Asana please respond and create an account. If you have other team members that need to have access please let us know!

No login to an Asana project? If you are on our Protect Care Plan then you can create and manage your support tickets in my.sixfive.io > Account > Tickets
