  • A widespread outage has been reported affecting a number of our websites and servers. 

    Initial reports show it is an issue with internet connectivity at our server providers in Sydney.

    This is a global outage affecting CloudFlare one of the largest routers of internet traffic.

    CloudFlare state a fix is in place and the are monitoring services.

Upstream connection issue (Resolved)

  • Our hosting partner is experiencing network connectivity from their network partners. 

    The issue is being investigated, however is causing some outages to websites. 

    20:42 this is from Fastly a major caching and network provider across the globe. it is affecting many sites large and small such as UK government, PayPal and New York Times.

    As soon as they are able to restore service we will be back up and running. 

    20:52 - the issue has been identified and sites are returning to normal service.

Wordpress emergency maintenance (Resolved)

  • We are experiencing some downtime with Wordpress hosting. This is due to some emergency maintenance being carried out at our facility. The expected downtime was to be 5-10 minutes, and our engineers are aware of the issue and are working to get the sites back up and running as soon as possible. 

    07:15AM - The issues have been identified and we are working through all sites to bring them back up

    07:39AM - Many sites are now resolved and we are working through the remaining few. 

    08:13AM - All sites are now reporting as live again. If you continue to see a 404 error please follow instructions ate refreshyourcache.com and try another device. Also check on downforeveryoneorjustme.com to see if the site is live for others.

PHP Upgrade (Resolved)

  • We will be conducting mandatory maintenance to upgrade sites to PHP 7.4 on 25/11/2020 at 3 AM AEDT

    For the upgrade to go as smoothly as possible, we recommend ensuring all your plugins and themes are up to date! Although we expect minimal to no downtime, any out of date plugins or themes may cause site-level issues due to incompatibility.
