Can I pay by direct deposit / wire / bank transfer?
We accept direct payments (bank transfer / wire transfer) to our bank accounts.
To get bank account details in your currency, please refer to the invoice email - in the PDF you will see at the bottom of the email all the bank details.
If this email doesn't contain the bank details (e.g. your current payment method is set to Direct Debit or Credit Card) please follow the steps below.
How to get Bank Details
1) Login to my.sixfive.io
2) Go to My Invoices
3) Find the invoice you would like to pay by Bank Transfer
4) Change the payment method in the Drop down
5) Click the Print or Download button at the bottom to get a PDF. This will show you the correct bank details below the invoice total (at the bottom).
Want to pay all current services by Direct Debit?
If you'd like your future invoices to be paid through Direct Debit, please create a ticket with our accounts team and we'll set all your existing product invoicing defaults to Direct Debit (this is one step you cannot do via our portal - sorry!).
To update your future orders
You can set your default (for new product orders) to Bank Transfer too - see How to update my default payment method. We recommend, however, your critical services such as Website hosting and Google Workspace are paid automatically via Credit Card or Direct Debit to avoid business disruption.
