Managing regular tasks relating to my Care Plan

As you have a WordPress Care Plan with us for ongoing maintenance of your web properties, we conduct a number of regular tasks on your site such as updating plugins, ensuring your site is backed up and everything on your server is working well. 

You will receive a monthly report from us with notices about the changes that have happened in the month, and a summary of your stats. 

For customers on the Maintain plan, and above: 

If you have a requirement or something you would like us to do please login to your Asana account and log a ticket in the project we assigned to you. This way we can track your request and manage the process. 

If you request something that will go over your Care Plan hours, we'll always let you know first and get approval.
