Restoring email from Cloud Backup

Our Cloud Backup solution has many options for discovering deleted data however it is always helpful if you have any of the following details: 

For emails:

  • Subject (or as much as possible of it)
  • Date of email (if its a specific email)
  • The sender and recipient email address
  • Date range of emails you wish to restore
  • Where you want to restore the emails to (i.e. the same user, another user or download)

We appreciate these details are not always top of mind, so please provide as much detail as possible so we may be able to find the item in question! 

We'll go digging for it and provide you with a list of options to restore based on what we can find.
