Change automatic licensing

There are occasions where we need to change the way licenses are applied on your account. One such scenario is when we use a different license (Cloud Identity Free) to provide access for migration purposes. 
When we start or conclude you migration we'll ask you to change this setting (Google don't let us do it). 
 
Go to admin.google.com > Billing > License Settings 
 
 
On this page look for 'Google Workspace' then change it to the other setting. e.g. if it is Off - change it to On.
