I want to have SixFive as my Google Partner
So you signed up for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and set up yourself - nice work! But now you have a problem, and using Google to solve a Google problem is a nightmare!
Perhaps you used another Google Cloud Partner but something just isn't right.

Before you do this take note of
- Make sure you are on a flexible plan OR you are coming to the end of your commitment period by visiting admin.google.com/Billing > Subscriptions. When you transfer to us, your billing will update as well - so it's best to do it at the end of your billing period.
- How many seats / accounts you are paying for (because you will need to pay the same after the move)
- Which Google Workspace (Starter, Standard, Standard Plus, Enterprise) plan you have
Ready? Let's make the transfer authorisation.
Start by creating a transfer authorisation:
- With your SuperAdmin account go to admin.google.com/ > Account > Reseller Management. If this menu item doesn't display for you go to admin.google.com/TransferToken - note if you are signed in to multiple Google Accounts, do this in an incognito window otherwise it will go into an endless loop or may display a blank screen.
- Find the Subscription you want to transfer, you may have several so repeat this for each subscription. Click 'Transfer'
- Enter our Account Identifier C02n1e0k9 , click 'Continue'.
- Now select 'sixfive.co.uk' as the destination (yes that is us), click 'Continue'
- Review the change and click 'Generate Transfer Authorization'
- You will see a complete screen like this:
- Repeat for any other subscriptions you have
- Now send an email to support@sixfive.io or get on live chat and let us know you have done this so we can complete the process.
Please now make the purchase of your same Google Workspace account with us so we have your billing details, select the matching product on our Google Workspace product page and complete the process.
Once we have your order, and confirmation of the Authorisation - we'll complete the transfer process.
Things to know:
- There will be no outage or loss of data, no changes (apart from your billing) during this process
- When this is complete we'll do a series of checks for deliverability, anti spam and look over your account to make sure it's all good
- Now you can lean on us for help support and advice!
- You will get one final invoice from Google (or your previous partner) for the period between your regular billing and the date we transferred you.
