Do we charge late fees / overages?
Yes, we will charge you a late fee if your payment is late by 10 days from the invoice due date.
The late fee is 5% of the invoice total.
We do this because we are a partner that deals with your billing for another provider, e.g. Google Workspace. If you do not pay us, then this makes it a little harder to pay the invoice for all of our customers.
There are no overages for our services and thus no outages. If you have your hosting directly with another provider, very commonly, they will simply turn it off when you hit an arbitrary limit. We don't like that!
For example if you have a big month on your website and smash your traffic allowance, but it's only for one month - we will not stop your website from working. If you keep doing it, we'll have a chat about your success so we can better serve you.
However if you do not pay your bill within 15 days of the due date, your account will be suspended.
How to avoid suspension?
Please ensure that when making payment by credit card your card has credit and you keep the details up to date in our system. You can add payment methods and card details via your login to my.sixfive.com.au - read more about how to manage your Billing.
For bank transfers please ensure you use the invoice number in the transfer so we can accurately match your payment, and ensure it is made 3 or more business days before the due date - this is required to allow time for the money to come through, appear on a statement and get reconciled by our team.
What happens when my account is suspended?
This depends on the service you have with us please read about suspension and the impact of it.
