I need to add other users to help manage billing and tickets

We have two types of delegation your can add to your My SixFive. Contacts & Users. 

Users 

If you have other users that you would like to delegate to help manage billing, or simply to raise tickets with us, then you can add other users to the My SixFive system so they can login and define their access rights. 

Once Logged in click your name in the top menu and go to Users. This will list any existing users and also allow you to invite a new user. 

Permissions available are: 

  • Modify Master Account Profile - Access and modify the client profile information
  • View & Manage Contacts - Access and manage contacts
  • View Products & Services - View access to products, services and addons
  • View & Modify Product Passwords - Allow password resets and other actions
  • Perform Single Sign-On - Allow single sign-on into services
  • View Domains - View access to domain registrations
  • Manage Domain Settings - Allow domain management eg. nameservers/whois/transfers
  • View & Pay Invoices - View and payment access to invoices
  • View & Accept Quotes - View and acceptance permissions for quotes
  • View & Open Support Tickets - Access to open, respond and manage support tickets
  • View & Manage Affiliate Account - Access to view and request withdrawals
  • View Emails - Access to view account email history
  • Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations - Allow placing of new orders

Contacts

If you would like to add a contact who cannot login and manage the account, but needs to receive emails about your account then head over to Contacts where you can add a user who can be given the following settings: 

  • General Emails - General Announcements & Password Reminders
  • Invoice Emails - Invoices & Billing Reminders
  • Support Emails - Receive a copy of all support ticket communications created by the parent account holder
  • Product Emails - Order Details, Welcome Emails, etc...
  • Domain Emails - Renewal Notices, Registration Confirmations, etc...
