You have installed some plugins, what are they?

When you move to SixFive Managed WordPress Hosting we will install several plugins that are used with our hardware stack.

1) Hardware level caching helper plugin

Because we provide you with hardware backed caching you do not need to install a plugin like WP Rocket, WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache that uses the file system to provide caching which is much slower. You will have either:

- Litespeed Cache - our hardware provides optimisation and caching at the hardware level using the Litespeed webserver (instead of Nginx or Apache web servers) and Redis (in-memory database).
- Nginx Helper + Redis Object Cache - for our NGINX based servers

2) Email Log (and sub plugins) - this allows you to see all emails generated by the website easily and that they are sent correctly.

3) WP Fail 2 Ban - this provides tight integration with Cloudflare to provide you with security away from the server. This means if a user/hacker tries to log in with the wrong password more than 3 times they get locked out. The integration with Cloudflare means they get banned from the server thus preventing potential brute force login attacks that can also result in the server becoming overwhelmed.

4) GTM4WP - this is a great way to add marketing tags, analytics and more to your site without any developer involvement using Google Tag Manager.

5) Activity Log - this is a premium tool that tracks the actions done on a site by an admin or user. It's very helpful for accountability and finding when an event occurred.

You should not disable these plugins, as each has a specific role. We have vetted them for stability and they are well-maintained. If you wish to make some changes please contact us first.

Our Care Plan clients get a few more premium plugins too, check out that list here
