Google Chrome Profile Data
If you are having issues with Google Chrome then we may need your Chrome Profile information.
Example issues would be:
- Signing in to a Chrome Profile (not password related)
- Bookmark sync not working
How to get the profile data:
Open a new tab and type
chrome://profile
Click the 'Export to JSON' button
Please then zip / compress the file on your computer before sending through to us as an email attachment.
