How do I migrate contacts from GMail or Google Workspace
Go to contacts.google.com (log in with your @gmail.com or Google workspace email account)
You can export from Contacts or Frequent. If there are Directory users you want to export, you can save them to contacts first.
When you are ready select the export button:
Select Google CSV, Export
Save the file in a location you can easily find, like the Downloads folder.
Go to contacts.google.com (log in with your new Google Workspace account)
In the left menu click Import then select the file you have on your computer.
Optionally you can add a Label to the import - we'd recommend this so you can easily identify who has been imported and you can filter, fix and undo the import if you need.
You contacts are now in the new account.
